Corporate game ideas

Playing games together outside of work is a great way to build communication and teamwork skills. Company fun days are a great time for employees to relax and have fun, as well as a good opportunity to strengthen the team at the same time. Here are some great corporate games and activities ideas for your next company fun day.

  1. Inflatable Games

Remember those bouncy castles that provided endless amounts of fun and joy when you were a kid? Well, they are still a blast! It was because of the growing popularity of inflatable bounce houses that led to an inflatable rental industry which includes inflatable slides, obstacle courses, jousting, and more. Inflatable games offer a great physical presence for fun team building activities as well as a great deal of fun.

  3. Inflatable Jousting

If you are looking to add some competitive flavor to your inflatable games, consider jousting. In inflatable jousting, two players go head to head on top of separate columns, and attempt to knock each other off with pugil sticks. Jousting is funny and entertaining and you could even reward the player who wins the most matches.

  5. Carnival Game Stalls
  6. %3Cbr%3E
A classic outdoor activity. Carnival games to rent include shooting games, ball toss, fishing games and just about any other carnival booth you might remember from fairs and community days growing up.

  7. Giant Scalextric
  8. %3Cbr%3E
Scalextrics are scale model slot cars that race on electric tracks. Giant scalextric races provide high speed action and competition. Consider setting up a tournament bracket, a la pinewood derby between players and give prizes to winners. Giant scalextric tracks make a great addition to corporate games indoor or outdoor.

  9. Scavenger or Treasure Hunts
  10. %3Cbr%3E
Excellent team bonding activities, scavenger and treasure hunts teach employees teamwork and problem solving, as well as memory and critical thinking. Scavenger hunts usually involve finding a variety of items or performing different tasks before other teams. Treasure hunts involve following instructions and solving clues in order to locate a treasure at the end of the hunt. Be sure to reward players for completing the hunts!

  11. Video Games
  12. %3Cbr%3E
For the crowd that plays video games, there are many rental options. Car driving simulator games, shoot em ups, sports games, etc. Console systems or arcade style machines can be rented for fun days. It is recommended to seek out games with low learning curves and difficulties so that all employees can play equally, rather than bringing in a difficult game that only a few employees may be familiar with.
