    i think that i will have to invest in a service like this pretty soon. the last couple of batches of sales people ive hired did not work out at all. i think that i might just be bad at hiring people to do a good job.

    i think that it can be really hard to find people that are really good at sales and actually want to stay there and do it. there are a lot of people who have the potential to be good, but they leave because its hard.
